At Aquarium Show, your satisfaction and the well-being of your aquatic friends are our top priorities. When you shop with us, you can trust in our dedication to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.

Rest assured, each acquisition from Aquarium Show is backed by our team's commitment to the health and contentment of your marine life. We strive to make your experience hassle-free. Simply provide us with a photo or video of the coral or plant (sourced from Aquarium Show) within 2 hours of arrival if there is anything wrong with the animal on arrival. 

In the unfortunate event that your new addition doesn't thrive during the guarantee period, we'll offer you store credit as compensation. However, please be aware that we do not cover shipping costs for credited livestock. Additionally, while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for FedEx delays caused by weather or mechanical issues that result in loss. Furthermore, any losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer are not covered under our policy.

Our Guarantee Guidelines:

Please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of delivery attaching a clear picture of the deceased animal taken within the timeframe specified by FedEx. If anything is wrong on arrival you need to send a clear picture within the specified 2 hour from arrival window.

Ensure that the coral remains on the plug after delivery to maintain eligibility for the guarantee.

Do not dispose of or return the specimen without prior authorization from Aquarium Show, as doing so will nullify the guarantee.

If the shipment box appears damaged or leaking, do not reject the delivery, as this will also void the guarantee.

Please note that our guarantee only applies to shipped items, not those picked up locally.

We reserve the right to void your guarantee if we determine that your tank conditions are not conducive to keeping your aquatic animals alive and healthy.
